Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) skinless chicken breast cubed
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic minced
  • 1-1/2 cup(s) water
  • 1 can(s) 15oz garbanzo beans rinsed & drained
  • 1 can(s) 11oz whole kernel white corn drained
  • 1 can(s) 4 oz chopped green chiles
  • 2 teaspoon(s) chicken bouillion granules
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
  • 1 can(s) Cream of Chicken Soup (lowfat)
  • 1 can(s) Whole Kidney / Cannelinii bean drained

Preparation

  1. In a large non-stick skillet, saute chicken, onion and garlic until onion is tender. Transfer to crock pot sprayed with PAM. Stir in remaining ingredients except for chicken soup. Cook on low for 6 hours. Add chicken soup and let heat through and serve with scallions, cheese, sour cream
