Crock Pot Lasagna

Crock Pot Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) ground beef
  • 26 ounce(s) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • 15 ounce(s) ricotta cheese
  • 7 ounce(s) 2% shredded mozzarella divided
  • 1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese
  • 1 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley chopped
  • 6 lasagna noodles uncooked

Preparation

Brown meat in skillet and let it drain.

Mix:

Ricotta

1 1/2 cups mozzarella,

2 tbs parmesean

Egg

Parsley

Spoon:

1 cup meatsauce

Add water to meat sauce

Top with layers of half noodles broken to fit

Cover with:

2 cups of meatsauce

Remaining noodles

Cheese mixture

Meat sauce

Cover with lid

Cook on low 4-6 hours or until liquid is absorbed.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
