Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) ground beef
  • 26 ounce(s) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup(s) water
  • 15 ounce(s) ricotta cheese
  • 7 ounce(s) 2% shredded mozzarella divided
  • 1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese
  • 1 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley chopped
  • 6 lasagna noodles uncooked

Preparation

  1. Brown meat in skillet and let it drain.
  2. Mix:
  3. Ricotta
  4. 1 1/2 cups mozzarella,
  5. 2 tbs parmesean
  6. Egg
  7. Parsley

  8. Spoon:
  9. 1 cup meatsauce
  10. Add water to meat sauce
  11. Top with layers of half noodles broken to fit

  12. Cover with:

  13. 2 cups of meatsauce
  14. Remaining noodles
  15. Cheese mixture
  16. Meat sauce

  17. Cover with lid
  18. Cook on low 4-6 hours or until liquid is absorbed.

  19. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
