Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) honey
- 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
- 4 tablespoon(s) diced onion
- 4 tablespoon(s) ketchup
- 1 tablespoon(s) canola oil
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoon(s) cornstarch dissolved in 3 Tbsp of water
Preparation
- Salt and pepper chicken
- Combine honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil, garlic
- Pour over chicken
- Low for 3-4 hours or high 1 1/2-2 1/2
- Remove chicken, leave sauce
- Dissolve the cornstarch and water and pour into crock pot and stir
- Replace lid and cook sauce on high for 10 mins or slightly thickened,
