Crock Pot Chili
A mild chili using my own blend of chili spices (found here as "Val's Chili mix). Any ground meat works; I like to use 1/2 turkey and 1/2 sausage.

Ingredients
- 1 bottle(s) beer
- 2 can(s) black beans
- 2 stalk(s) celery
- 6 tablespoon(s) Chili Mix
- 1 can(s) corn
- 2 can(s) diced tomatos
- 1 can(s) garbanzo beans
- 5 clove(s) garlic
- 2 green bell pepper
- 2 pound(s) ground meat
- 2 onion
- 2 can(s) red beans
- 2 can(s) tomato sauce
Preparation
- Saute chopped onion, pepper, celery and garlic in 3T olive oil. Stir in 3T mix and heat enough to bloom the spices. Add to Crock pot. Without rinsing pan, brown the meat. Drain and add to pot. Add all canned ingredients & beer. Cook 8 hrs on low.
