Crème De Menthe Frosting
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 3 to 4 tablespoons half-and-half
- 3 tablespoons green crème de menthe
- Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy; gradually add powdered sugar, half-and-half, and crème de menthe beating until frosting is smooth.
