Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons half-and-half
  • 3 tablespoons green crème de menthe

How to Make It

  1. Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy; gradually add powdered sugar, half-and-half, and crème de menthe beating until frosting is smooth.
