Crispy Won Ton Chips

These quick and easy chips are made by cutting won ton wrappers into triangles, drizzling with oil, and baking.

Ingredients

  • 12 won ton wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Cut won ton wrappers in half diagonally, making triangles. Arrange on a foil-lined baking sheet, and brush with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 7 minutes or until crispy and golden.
