Great recipe! I cooked it as written, except I left it in the oven a little too long. I am sure the actual time is fine. Easy to assemble! Tasted great!

Made these last night (with pork chops) and it was delicious! Baked them a bit longer than recommended at 425 (had something else in the oven, too). Mine ended up a bit crispier on the bottom than I would have liked, so maybe next time I'll flip them after about 6 minutes in the oven. Other than that, they were tasty and super easy!

I made this as a quick weeknight meal. I also made the root vegtables for the side. My family loved this, including my 4 y/o. Will keep this as one of my go to meals.

Quick and easy to make. Everyone enjoyed this meal - especially my 6 yo. Served it with roasted sweet potatoes and a salad. Will make again.

Absolutely Amazing Recipe! The thyme really accents the pork well. Very easy to make. Thanks Cooking Light!

This was the best pork loin recipe I've found so far! The breading was light and savory, and the pork was extremely juicy. I served the pork alongside some roasted zucchini--in all, the meal took less than 30 minutes!

Pretty simple prep. Used half dijon/half whole grain and added the herbs & seasonings to the mustard blend rather than to the panko. Served with the recommended roasted veg and whole-leaf spinach. Nice combo, very good.

Hard to believe how easy these are. Made it exactly according to the directions and it was delicious and moist. We had the left overs on flat bread with mustard and sauerkraut. This will be a staple and in the rotation. july 2013 - we're still eating this - a go to dinner so very simple and tasty - the fresh herbs make them even better

Fast and easy, make sure you get your pan nice and hot when you fry the medallions so you can get a good sear and crust on the panko. The flavor on the pork from the mustard is incredible.

Great recipe for the weeknight. I actually messed up and forgot to brush the medallions with the dijon mustard before dredging them into the panko crumbs. I ended up brushing it on after searing them in the pan. I also baked them in the oven a little longer than 8 minutes. I made it with the suggested Roasted Root Vegetables recipe and have been eating the leftovers for lunch at work ever since. It heats up nicely with the help of some paprika and garlic powder!

This was fabulous! Served it to the whole family last night and both the pork chops (I used butterflied pork chops instead of tenderloin) and the veggies were gone in minutes!

Fast and tasty for a weeknight meal. Mustard adds some nice flavor to a plain pork tenderloin

Delicious weeknight meal! I've made this recipe several times now, and even if you make it with pork chops, the pork stays super moist!!!

We used this recipe with butterflied boneless pork chops, and it was very good!

Instant favorite! Falls extremely high on both the easy and delicious scale! I used dried herbs since I was in a hurry (tsp of each rather than the tbl of fresh) and still thought the results were great. skipped the root vegetables and served with 2-cheese polenta and green beans. will definitely make again and again!

Out of Five Stars, we would rate this a SIX! We don't eat a lot of pork but this was just terrific and the root vegetables are a nice change and super yummy. This recipe is a keeper!

I was AMAZED the first time I bit into these! They are so moist and delicious, it melts in your mouth. I used thinly sliced pork chops and dried herbs. I found that re-heating the leftovers in microwave wasn't very good, maybe they need to be re-heated in the oven. Wish I could give six stars!
