Crispy Parmesan Toasts

Yield 2 dozen


  • 4 pita bread rounds
  • 1 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

How to Make It

  1. Cut each bread round into 6 triangles; place on a baking sheet.

  2. Whisk together Parmesan cheese and remaining ingredients. Spread mixture on triangles.

  3. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden. Serve toasts immediately.
