This is probably about as good a method of oven-frying okra as there is, but I'm not convinced oven-frying okra will ever be very good. I thought these had nice texture. The taste was bland but could be perked up with spices or sauce. If it were me, I would probably experiment with it some more, but my husband and daughter didn't like it so I probably won't try it again.
