Crispy Caramel Corn

    I usually only eat caramel corn from Garrett's in Chicago because it's the best, but I was surprised at how well this recipe turned out. I really enjoyed it. I added pecans, which made it even better. I ate some the next day and it was just as good. Just two warnings - remember to take out the kernels before you pour the coating on the popcorn, AND be careful if you have dental fillings because the caramel is pretty chewy - but delicious!
