simple, light, delicious. Omitted the rosemary and added alittle ground thyme instead. Also used panko bread crumbs. Family loved it!

Oh MY, this is wonderful. Certainly worthy of a special occasion - the presentation is beautiful. I used Panko and a mixture of spinach and arugula for the greens. I agree with an earlier post that the beans become a little mushy. I may try it with garbanzo beans next time. A little penne pasta would be a good addition too. This dish is amazing. Added a sprinkle of asiago cheese on top. This goes in the dinner rotation for sure!

Wow was that easy! And a delicious flavor. I used Italian breadcrumbs and spinach, and made garlic bread. A great week-night meal.

This dish is right up MY alley....easy, delicious and healthy. After reading the reviews I used panko instead of regular bread crumbs, sage and added a dash of cayenne pepper. I did not have anything "green" on hand such as arugula or spinach (we were having an ice storm last night) but I did have some roasted grape tomatoes from the garden in the freezer so served them on the side along with a small crusty roll to sop all the goodness up. This will probably be my go-to shrimp recipe.

YUM! I used Italian flavored panko since I had it on hand (left out the rosemary) and subbed spinach for the arugula. This was so easy, the shrimp was done perfectly at 11 minutes, the breading was crispy, and it looked great served in our decorative dishes. I will definitely make this again and again.

I rated this outstanding because it was so easy to make. Instead of using arugula, I sauteed spinach with the beans. It was great for a quick meal.

This was so fast and easy and pretty good! I will definitely make it again. I agree the beans are mushy but not so much they're inedible.

I wish I had used spinach as I didn't like the arugala. But I liked the beans and shrimp was really good and super easy to make. Next time, I'd add some spice to the beans as I found them to be a little bland but overall delicious and easy.

I've had this recipe for awhile, and finally decided to make it. Wish I wouldn't have waited so long! I did use spinach instead of arugula, but I loved this dish. I will definitely make this again.

This was so fast, easy and delicious. I used italian breadcrumbs and added half rosemary and half thyme. Everyone loved it, even my 4 year old son. Since I didn't have white beans, I used garbanzo beans and added dijon mustard for flavor. I already make a dish like this with spinach, garbanzo beans, and mustard..so delish. This is definitely going in the dinner rotation.

I used spinach instead of arugula, used some brans I cooked, and used dry rosemary. It was delicious! I will cook again.
