Ingredients

  • 8 ounce(s) fish fillets usually Tilapia or Orange Roughy
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 1 tablespoon(s) parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon(s) bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) paprika

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450F
  2. Mix cheese, breadcrumbs and paprika.
  3. Dip fish in milk, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam, place fish on it.
  5. Bake 10 minutes @ 450F
