Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees

- Melt chocolate

- Combine with brown sugar and oil

- Add eggs, one at a time

- Add vanilla

- Combine flour, baking powder and salt

- Add to chocolate mixture

- Chill dough

- Drop teaspoonfuls of dough in powdered sugar

- Roll to coat

- Place on greased cookie sheet

- Bake for 10-12 minutes

- Cool on rack

- Makes 4 dozen
