Crepes
Home made crepe recipe - great for dinner with some side bacon. My favorite is a little creme cheese inside the crepe with cinnamon

Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) Cold Milk
- 4 piece(s) Eggs
- 2 cup(s) Flour
- 1 cup(s) Cold Water
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 4 tablespoon(s) Butter melted
Preparation
- Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Place the batter in the refrigerator for 1 hour before using.
- Heat skillet to medium heat. Place a pad of butter or margarine in skillet. Pour enough batter to cover the bottom of skillet. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
- Place on plate and fill with your favorite toppings. Roll up and add syrup - top with cinnamon.
- ENJOY!!!
