Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup(s) flour
  • 1/3 cup(s) milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar

Preparation

  1. Mix ingredients, add a few drops of milk until pouring consistency, pour onto smoking lightly greased griddle covering entire bottom of pan approx 1/8 inch thick, over low to med heat. When bubbles appear and top is shiny-FLIP over- and cook for a few more seconds. Slide onto warm plate and add topping of your choice. Roll and enjoy. (This recipe makes one large crepe)
