Creole Tartar Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Creole or whole-grain mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt


Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; cover and chill at least 1 hour.
