    After the rave reviews, we were disappointed. The Parmesan cheese was a bit overpowering but we did use fresh that we grated ourselves. We love Parmesan so that's hard to imagine. Perhaps the Kraft bottled would be a better choice. The chicken was juicy and tender and I think it needs a better balance in the coating mix. Will not make again.

    My family love this recipe! It is a staple in our home and it's so easy to prepare. The chicken always cooks perfectly juicy and we love the creole kick!
