Creole Baked Shrimp

Prep: 3 minutes; Cook: 8 minutes. For an extraspicy shrimp dish, add hot sauce to taste.

  • Yield: 3 servings (serving size: about 5 ounces shrimp)


  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
  • 1 pound frozen peeled shrimp


Preheat oven to 450º.

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Place shrimp in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Pour butter mixture over shrimp, stirring to coat. Bake at 450º for 8 minutes or until shrimp are done.
