Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
  • 1 pound frozen peeled shrimp

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450º.
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Place shrimp in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Pour butter mixture over shrimp, stirring to coat. Bake at 450º for 8 minutes or until shrimp are done.
