Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup(s) butter
- 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 1/2 cup(s) powdered sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 2 cup(s) graham crackers crumbed
- 1/3 cup(s) creme de menthe green
- 1 1/2 cup(s) semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
- BOTTOM LAYER
- In a saucepan, combine 1/2 cup butter and cocoa
- Heat and stir until well blended, remove from heat
- Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, egg and vanilla
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs, mix well
- Press into bottomof 9x12 cake pan
- MIDDLE LAYER
- Melt 1/2 cup butter in small bowl, combine with creme de menthe
- Spread over bottom layer and chill for one hour
- TOP LAYER
- In small pan (or microwave) melt 1/4 cup butter and chocolate chips
- Spread over mint layer and chill for 1-2 hours
- Cut into squares
