  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh pear
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 packet Cream of Wheat Healthy Grain
  • 1 tablespoon chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1 crushed gingersnap
