have made this many times and always so good. use the thin chicken cutlets instead of pounding the chicken and makes it so much easier...and makes individual servings almost. one of our favorite recipes.

Absolutely love this recipe! I use to think of this as a fast, easy, and tasty week night meal. Last Christmas I served it at our holiday progressive dinner - it was the show stopper, everyone wanted the recipe. Would definitely recommend for all occassions. It's also a huge hit with the kids!

Highly recommend! I placed on top of greens and drizzled balsamic dressing over the top. So easy and great. Everyone wanted it again - it's a "keeper".
