- 2 pound(s) yellow squash
- 1 cup(s) onions
- 1 cup(s) Velveeta cheese
- 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package(s) ritz crackers
- 1 stick(s) buttermilk melted
- Boil squash and onion until tender (stove or microwave). Cut up and stir in cream of mushroom soup and Velveeta cheese. Season to taste and cook until melted. Crush ritz crackers, melt butter, and mix together. Transfer to 9x13 greased pan. Top with ritz crackers mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until hot.
