Very bland, & very sour. I tried adding other things to it but nothing made it taste good. Won't make again.

Ingredients
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 14-oz. container 2 percent Greek yogurt
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes. Serve with pita bread or crudités.
