This is a nice basic slaw. I particularly this on a po-boy or sandwich. My guests who like simple fare really enjoy this easy side.

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1 (16-oz.) package shredded coleslaw mix
- 1. Stir together mayonnaise, sugar, and next 4 ingredients. Stir in coleslaw mix, stirring until blended. Cover and chill coleslaw until ready to serve. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 4 days.
