This easy creamy slaw recipe starts with a package of shredded coleslaw mix and only takes 5 minutes to prepare.
Makes 4 cups
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon horseradish
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1 (16-oz.) package shredded coleslaw mix
1. Stir together mayonnaise, sugar, and next 4 ingredients. Stir in coleslaw mix, stirring until blended. Cover and chill coleslaw until ready to serve. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 4 days.
