Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz.) package elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup plus 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon country-style Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound peeled Perfect Poached Shrimp

How to Make It

  1. Prepare macaroni according to package directions; rinse with cold running water. Stir together celery, green onions, mayonnaise, parsley, Dijon mustard, tarragon, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Coarsely chop Perfect Poached Shrimp; stir shrimp and mayonnaise mixture into pasta. Cover and chill 1 hour.
