Great flavor, but much thicker than typical ranch dip. Almost more of a spread. If I served it with a veggie tray, I'd probably thin it with a little more buttermilk. I had to use dried parsley because I didn't have fresh so added some chives as well.
Easy to prepare and tasty to the very end. I wouldn't mind it being slightly less thick, but this may work well at a party where it sits out a while -- I'll be testing this out in a few weeks. I served it with baby carrots, cucumber, yellow bell pepper, and halved colorful grape tomatoes.
