Really delicious. I did the sour cream/yogurt dill variation and it was a huge hit.

Really good light recipe, but you should also start potatoes in cold water--not hot like the video shows. Otherwise, they get starchy. If you MUST cook the egg in with the potatoes (and really--why? It's just not that big a chore), then take it out earlier than you do the potatoes.

Lick the bowl good. Omitted onion as I don't like it in my salad and used vegenaisse. Also used celebration potatoes which are small and come in different colors. Definitely a solid keeper

It is good but a bit too mustardy and bland, if that makes any sense. I am going to continue on the journey of looking for a perfect potato salad.

This is such an amazing salad! I love & enjoy every single bite of it, the beauty of the low nutritional content within the rich, crunchy and creamy textures to it. It's like having the original version of the traditional creamy potato salad and its Sooo good to know that this super fast, easy, creamy & delicious salad is super healthy & llight in calories! Thanks Cooking Light contributors for another hit in my kitchen and with my family & friends! Everyone that eats it, loves this salad!!;)) Oh & I didn't need to add any substitutions to it! We made the German-style variation and couldn't get enough of it! Doubled the garlic and used soy bacon for a vegetarian side dish. Served with Apple-Horseradish Glazed Salmon and Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Browned Butter.

I thought this was a fantastic and EASY potato salad recipe. I cooked it exactly as written, but added some bacon (I know, not very "light" of me). Highly recommend!

I'm a southern girl, so I have high standards for potato salad, and this was a bit of a disappointment. Of course I realize it's because it's not loaded with mayonnaise. I just felt it was quite dry and flavorless. Next time I might think to throw in some pimentos for some added zing.

I liked the look of this recipe because of the lack of excess fat. Unfortunately DH did not care for at all. I'm sure part of that dislike was because of the lack of fat; but the mustard may have contributed as well.
