How to Make It

Bring milk, chicken stock, salt, and pepper to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Gradually add polenta, stirring constantly with a whisk. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
