Ingredients

2 cups 2% milk
1 cup water
3/4 cup instant dry polenta
1/4 cup 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Bring milk and water to a simmer in a saucepan. Whisk in polenta. Cook 5 minutes or until thick, stirring frequently. Stir in cream cheese and salt.
