Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemon low-fat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons frozen pineapple juice concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free sour cream

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Cover and chill at least 25 minutes.

Stir just before serving. Serve with assorted fresh fruit (fruit not included in analysis).

Store remaining dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
