Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in light syrup, undrained
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 cup light rum
  • 1/4 cup coconut liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons cream of coconut
  • Crushed ice

Preparation

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Add enough crushed ice to reach 4 cups; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
