Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in light syrup, undrained
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/3 cup light rum
- 1/4 cup coconut liqueur
- 2 tablespoons cream of coconut
- Crushed ice
Preparation
- Combine first 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Add enough crushed ice to reach 4 cups; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
