Creamy Pesto

Yield 4 servings


  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons crushed basil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 package RONZONI HEALTHY HARVEST Spaghetti prepared according to package directions

How to Make It

  1. In 3-quart saucepan, heat oil and blend in flour, cheese, herbs and spices until smooth. Gradually blend in broth and skim milk. Continue heating over medium-high, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Serve with spaghetti.
