- 0.5 cup(s) Light Mayo
- 1 teaspoon(s) Garlic Powder
- 0.25 cup(s) parmesan cheese Freshly grated
- 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Chives Optional
- 24 ounce(s) Salmon
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl combine all ingredients except the salmon and mix well. Spread mayo mix over the top of the salmon covering all of the meat. Place salmon, skin side down, on a baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes until the fish flakes with a fork and the topping is golden brown
