Ingredients

1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 to 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients, and stir well. Cover and chill, if desired.
