Creamy Milk Punch

Makes 1 cocktail

Whole milk, horchata liqueur, bourbon, and lime juice (surprise!) create this delicious, booze-infused milk punch. Serve with Browned Butter & Chocolate Chunk Cookies with Flake Salt.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces (4 tablespoons) whole milk
  • 1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) horchata liqueur (such as RumChata)
  • 3/4 ounce (1 1/2 tablespoons) bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) amaretto liqueur
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • Ice
  • Grated nutmeg

How to Make It

  1. Combine milk, horchata liqueur, bourbon, amaretto liqueur, and lime juice in an ice-filled cocktail shaker; shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled (about 30 seconds). Strain into a glass. Dust with grated nutmeg, if desired.
