Creamy Mashed Cauliflower
Instead of your go-to mashed potato recipe, try this creamy mashed cauliflower side dish recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 quarts water
- 5 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- 1. Bring water to a boil; add cauliflower and garlic. Cook 15 minutes or until tender; drain. In food processor or blender, process cauliflower, garlic, mayonnaise and salt until creamy. Sprinkle, if desired, with pepper.
