Creamy Mashed Cauliflower

Break out of your classic mashed potato rut and try this Creamy Mashed Cauliflower for a unique side dish recipe.

Yield: 5 servings


  • 1 1/2 quarts water
  • 5 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. 1. Bring water to a boil; add cauliflower and garlic. Cook 15 minutes or until tender; drain. In food processor or blender, process cauliflower, garlic, mayonnaise and salt until creamy. Sprinkle, if desired, with pepper.

    Also terrific with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise or Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing.
