Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Preparation

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with raw vegetables (vegetables not included in analysis).
