Creamy Lima Beans

Yield 2 servings (serving size: 3/4 cup)
Prep: 5 minutes; Cook: 6 minutes. Fordhook lima beans give you a slightly creamier result, but regular limas will work fine, too.

  • 1/4 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons light butter
