Creamy Guacamole

Yield 3 cups


  • 4 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
  • 1 (8-ounce) package light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup picante sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Garnish: chopped tomato

How to Make It

  1. Mash avocados and cream cheese with a fork or potato masher. Stir in picante sauce, lemon juice, and garlic salt. Cover and chill upto 2 hours, if desired. Garnish, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
