Creamy Grits

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup uncooked regular grits

Preparation

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Gradually whisk in grits. Return to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; cook 15 minutes or until grits are thickened, whisking often.
