  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup quick-cooking grits, uncooked
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream

How to Make It
