  • 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 whole cabbage, cored and shredded
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper


  1. In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and red wine vinegar. Stir in cabbage, onion, carrot and fresh dill. Add salt and pepper. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
