This was only ok. I didn't add the onion because no one in the house cares for raw onions. But it was a bit too sour for our taste. We are used to slaws having sugar in them, and I think that's what was missing. If I make this again, I'm adding a tsp or two of sugar.

Ingredients
- 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 whole cabbage, cored and shredded
- 1 grated onion
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and red wine vinegar. Stir in cabbage, onion, carrot and fresh dill. Add salt and pepper. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
