- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate morsels
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
How to Make It
Cook first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring until chocolate melts. Remove from heat; cool 15 minutes. Stir in powdered sugar.
Place pan in ice, and beat at medium speed with an electric mixer about 8 minutes or until of spreading consistency.
