Creamy Chipotle Wedge Salad

Add extra flavor to a wedge salad  by blending a chipotle chile and green onion with Ranch dressing and serving over the lettuce.

Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 lettuce wedge and 2 1/2 tablespoons dressing)
