I have quite a few recipes for Cauliflower Soup. I make it often. This is without a doubt the best I have ever had...My guests just loved it. I used a combination of leek and onion and omited the white wine. The drizzle made the whole thing!!

Easy to make. Can't beat the freshness flavor. Try brocolliflower for a twist.

This was fablous! Three of us ate the whole pot with a little reheated leftover pork roast with rice & gravy on the side. I did use dry vermouth as the white wine.

I was surprised at how tasty it was. And it was heavy enough to be a meal on it's own, though I served it with toasted baguette with melted cheese. I will make it again.

This was good, but not especially memorable. Very subdued flavor. Easy to make, but I would not make it again.

we we're so surprised how easy and delicious this soup turned out. used an immersion blender instead of throwing it into a standard blender and the consistency was great, loved having a few whole chunks. also added a few pats of butter to add richness and served with warmed french baguette. cant wait to make this again!

Very easy recipe. I used cooking Sherry instead of White wine. I was surprised how quick I made this. My husband really liked it. I used the parsley topping and also put in some croutons on top. I was also surpised at how Tasty this was. I will make it again and again.

Delicious and creamy !!! Simple to make. I didn't have any dry white wine on hand, so I used a half cup of white zinfendel!! Flavor is great !! The key to the creaminess is definitely let it puree in your blender for about 4 minutes!!! I also used broth instead of stock.

I made this soup now for the fall bc ingredients are in season. I really liked the flavor of the soup, but maybe alittle too much onion? I have frozen the soup and plan to add the chive/parsley/oil topping when I serve it.

Very good and easy -- even my non-veggie family liked it even though I didn't use the nice finishing touches with the oil, parsley, etc. Would definitely make again. I used my immersion blender which made it very easy.
