Creamy Cantaloupe Smoothie

  • Yield: Serves 2 (serving size: 1 1/2 cups)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 1 (5.3-ounce) carton vanilla fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 1/2 cups (1-inch) cubed peeled cantaloupe, frozen

Preparation

1. Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.

2. Remove center piece of blender lid; secure lid on blender. With blender on, drop cantaloupe cubes, 1 at a time, through center of blender lid; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
